This
motorcycle season is going to be exciting. My good friend
Jerry Covington (Covington’s Cycle City, Woodward
Oklahoma) just returned from Daytona Bike Week. He said
it was the best turnout he had ever seen for Daytona.
He sold eight custom bikes during the rally. His awe-inspiring
customs sell from $20,000 up to $150,000 for a retro
Pan trike.
Have
you seen the movie “Wild Hogs”? It is a comedy
parody about some riding buddies that decide to take
a road trip. Not everyone can just put things on hold
and take a road trip, however most bike owners can get
out on a Sunday afternoon (Hint get up at 6:00am and
get all of your honey-doos done first) and ride around
the lake or just cruise down a country road. Enjoy this
excellent riding weather before it gets too hot. Take
a cruise over to Rick’s place Strokers Dallas,
it’s like a bike rally every Saturday and Sunday!
